My stay at the hotel was just fine, although 'no frills', with some extra nice touches for couples. The room, 3165, had a side view looking at the sea, which was fine. My room was clean, so no problems there. However, the AC wasn't working, even though we informed the receptionist several times.

The staff were outstanding and very friendly. Despite some complaints from other guests about noisy rooms facing the road and a run-down hospital with kids, the service was very warm and accommodating.

The hotel's location near the town center made it very easy to reach. However, the delayed clearing of plastic debris off the shore was a bit disappointing.

The dining options were average, with a focus on bread, toast, and pizza for lunch. More variety in the food offerings, especially in the salads corner, would have been appreciated.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit noisy but sunny, and thankfully, mine was to the side away from the bar. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, turning things around quickly when needed. The location was perfect with a private beach, but the dining options left a bit to be desired.
